Returns & Refunds

We are happy to assist with returns, provided they are initiated within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at info@re-us.us. If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

Return Conditions
The item must be returned in its original condition—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You must include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Please note that the product remains your responsibility until it is received at our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Return Fees & Refunds
A $6.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you paid by card, the refund will be issued back to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Orders Placed with Discounts or Promotions
If your order was placed using a discount code or during a promotional campaign, your refund amount will be adjusted accordingly. If the return causes your order to no longer meet the promotion’s conditions, the discount value will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing Time
We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving your return. Please note that we must receive the returned item or a valid mailing receipt before issuing the refund.
