Returns & Refunds
We are happy to assist with returns and refunds for U.S. orders only. If you placed an order from outside the United States, please note — all international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Start a Return
If you are eligible (U.S. orders only), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel at info@reusstore.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
Return Conditions

The item must be returned in its original condition — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Please note the product remains your responsibility until it is received at our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Fees & Refunds

A $6.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you paid by card, the refund will be issued back to the same payment method used for purchase.

If your order was placed using a discount code or during a promotional campaign, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly. If the return causes your order to no longer meet the promotion’s conditions, the discount value will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing Time
We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving your return (for eligible U.S. orders).
